1. The membership is voluntary and you need to fill up an inquiry list to register. The managing committee has the right to reject the participation of criminal individuals..
2. The participation in the activities is voluntary according to the civil positions, competency and professional qualities.
3. The club is registered by the Enterprising committee with members: Veni Petrova, Tihomir Todorov, Hristo Makakov, Nevena Dimitrova, Hristo Hristov, and is leaded by a Managing committee with a chairperson Veni Petrova.
4. The general assembly consists of all members of the association that possess rights and obligations according to the Act for juridical body with non governmental purpose.

» MISSION
To unify the efforts of the club and other non-governmental organizations, institutions, business society and media in favor and support of the civil society and the structures of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
» GOALS
1. To support the process of transforming Bulgaria into a social legal country for all Bulgarians and ethnical groups.
2. To assist the better dialogue among the territorial structures in the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the media and the civil society to build a public image of the Bulgarian policeman.
3. To work on a concrete projects concerning the developing of the society as a society with an alert civil conscience and positions.
